kennedy House
assessment program
Assessment, stabilization and support for children ages 6 to 12 in a live-in setting.
We believe that children and families thrive best in a strengths-based environment. Families are at the centre of services and supports are collaborative, culturally sensitive, individualized and flexible. We are trauma-informed and attachment based.
What we do
Kennedy House is a three-month live-in program that focuses on assessment and stabilization. Services are provided in a supportive, home-like environment. Recreation and social emotional learning are an integral component of support services. We liaise with families, school and other community members to form a circle of support for the child.
